I found a different PHP host, I think I’ll set up a mirror of this site there as well. Anyways, the end result is that I’ve got a modified version of DotComments running on it, so the comment section is far different than it used to be - plus now it does a dynamic load of the number of comments for each entry, which means that if you wait it’ll tell you how many comments there are on a story. The comments are still under construction though, because I see lots of room for improvement/customization in the PHP code - I don’t know any PHP, but it doesn’t seem that difficult to learn enough to get the job done. I might also look into hosting the forum off of the similar code, but we’ll see how it goes with the comments first.
Be aware that the comments are being hosted on a free hosting site, so it might not be the fastest site you’ve ever seen.
Simpsons quote of the day - Ok, I don’t have one. I’m tapped out. I’m not a quote machine. I’ll try to bring them back next time.- 4 comments

I forgot to add the body onload event to load in the number of comments - hopefully I remember to add it to the template tomorrow :)
