I think I’ve found the laptop that I want. It’s a Toshiba Satellite 1800-4K1 - nice size HD (20 Gigs) decent amount of RAM (128 megs, but I can expand it) DVD, 1 Ghz Celeron processor. The only thing that I’d change if I could configure it would be to make the screen a bit bigger (it’s a 13.3, and I’d prefer at least a 14.1) Everything that I’ve been looking for in a laptop, and it’s under $2000 Loonies which is perhaps the most important factor…

I suspect that we’ll go out shopping for the laptop this weekend, though that kind of depends on if I ever catch up on my sleep. I need sleep in a bad way. I think I’ll go to bed at 7:00 tonight :)

Hey, I know that I’ve talked to some of you about the really super cool Stupid.com website, but now I’m going to mention it on here. I saw some really cool products on there - Everything from tin robots (directly from China) to Spongebob Squarepants spin pops, but the coolest thing I’ve seen in a while has to be the Touchable Bubbles. If this place were a store in the mall, I’d have bought some of this junk by now, but I can’t justify spending money on shipping for a $3 item…Maybe someday I’ll order a bunch of crap from them :)
