The Premier of BC gets caught driving while under the influence (in Maui no less) and decided to hold a press conference in the middle of Saturday to tell the province of BC that he’s not resigning. Something tells me he won’t make it past the next election though.

Saturday afternoon, Erin, Bryan and I went to see The Lord of the Rings (Two Towers.) I was surprised at how many changes there were, but I wasn’t upset about them really - the movie was good, and I will gladly pony up the $$$ for it on DVD when the boxed set comes out (ie, I’m buying all three movies once only.)
