another secure way is to use a familiar word but move your right or left hand one character. One needs to check to make sure the software will accept ,;[ in the password and then add some numbers.

Now THAT is pretty freaky, dude :P I tend to think up a word that does exist, and start swapping numbers with letters. They’re usually pretty secure :P

I seem to cycle my old U of S passwords, tho I think I’m now onto variations of those old passwords. Not sure what it is about them, I always found the U of S generated passwords easy to remember.
