The DVD burner arrived yesterday. Pretty quick. The only problem is that the blanks haven’t arrived yet, so there’s not much I can do with it. :)

Wish me luck, I’ve got a job interview this afternoon (for an internal position.) I figure I have a shot at it, if I don’t blow the interview. It’s far from guaranteed though. We’ll see how it goes anyway.
