I’ve set up a special “post from the future” to show up tomorrow at noon (as mentioned yesterday) so make sure you check it out. I really want to make sure it works, because I had to upgrade the site today because of some security vulnerabilities in Wordpress.

Tomorrow at noon, we’re heading to Moosomin, where we’re going to stay at Dave and Katriona’s place for the weekend. Well, technically, the weekend will mostly be spent in Russell I think, but we’re staying in Moosomin. They’ve only been out there for two weeks now, but it’ll be good to see everyone anyway. Unfortunately Darren and Jonathan aren’t going to be able to make it though…

I ordered another Handspring Visor (this one’s a Platinum) yesterday. I was jealous of how nicely it hotsyncs, and how much software there is available for it. I’m going to look into using it as a remote control too, which should be kind of fun. We’re probably going to upgrade our computer when we move (the laptop is already 3+ years old, so it’s no spring chicken, and our newest desktop machine is a Celeron 366…) so I’m thinking of building a HTPC setup. There’s all kinds of interesting things you can do with one of those - I’m just not sure if I’ll have the time to really do it right.
