I’m spending all my lunch hours researching and pricing vans. Sorry, you’re going to have to put up with a lack of content here for a while until we get this sorted out. Such a large volume of information to process.

Keep us posted.. I’ve been eyeing vans as well.. I think a Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey are at my top, but the Caravan line has a much nicer price tag :) I’ve only really heard bad things about the Ford minivans - I guess they are no match for the quality of the Focus line.

Remember my advice when looking for vans. Ask if they can have the Mr. T upgrade available, and how much weight the welded on battering ram adds.

Apparently the Fords are more reliable than the Dodges (if you’re talking 05 or 06 anyway)
Yeah, the Sienna and Odyssey are nice, but very very pricey. We had a look at the Mazda 5 (decided it was too small for the money they’re asking for the ones on the lot) and were looking at the Ford (apparently the biggest downside is explaining to friends that you bought a ford minivan…) and now we’re thinking maybe the MPV is worth a look.
I dunno. I hate shopping for vans.

Gee, now that you mention Mr. T… We haven’t looked at the GM vans at all.

On family guy last sunday, peter, Quagmire, Joe and Cleveland decided to get a black van like Mr. T’s and become the A-Team. Peter was Hannibal, Quagmire was face, Joe was murdock and Cleveland was Mr. T. it was a really funny episode, one of the better ones out there.
