Yesterday, William declared that he wanted to wash windows. Now, keep in mind that I hadn’t pulled the Eye Toy out in quite some time, and even then, I think he’s only played it once (and didn’t quite get it.) but last night I brought out the camera and let him wash some windows. He seems to get it now. In fact, he really enjoyed it. I hear reports that he asked to wash windows first thing this morning when he woke up. It’s probably a good way to keep him active over the winter months, to supplement taking him outside into the cold and snow.

Oh, did I mention it? We have cold and snow here now. Unseasonable cold, reasonable snow. It’s not as cold as it’s likely to get this winter, but it’s still plenty cold. (cue the audience “How cold is it?”) It’s so cold that even the 1987 Calgary Flames were seen rubbing their hands together to keep warm.
