Since last time.

Halloween was lots of fun. Erin got William’s costume done, and it looked fantastic. I took the kids out and visited a few of our neighbours - though most houses on our street were dark. The last house we went to on our block was our own. As we waited for Erin to answer the door, 2 of the 7 total trick-or-treaters came up behind us. Erin opened the door, and William bolted inside and partway up the stairs. One of the other kids was pretty horrified until I explained that it was our house.

After that, I drove the kids to Mom & Dad’s street, and visited the neighbours. A pair of kids saw William’s costume and wondered what he was dressed as. I said “A video game character” which elicited a response of “Cool!”

After that, we went to David and Katriona’s, and picked up some chairs that we’d lent them a while back. Then to Darren and Jess’ place, then Jonathan and Deb’s, where we met Carmelita (the cat) Then we went to Jim & Judy’s, then straight home. Hopefully Erin will get a chance to put up pictures of the kids in costume soon.
