The weekend was pretty quiet, we didn’t do much. I did manage to watch the football games yesterday, and the CFL didn’t disappoint. There were some huge plays in both games, and even though I went 0-2 for my picks, the teams that I wanted to win each game came out on top.

Our fridge continues it’s death spiral, but help is on the way. The problem has been diagnosed as a bad controller, and it should be replaced within the week. That’s the good news. The bad news is that until then, we’ve got a completely unreliable fridge on our hands.

We went out looking at Christmas ideas on Saturday, and spent some time at Toys R Us poking around. William played with a tonne of toys, but it’s tough to say what he really wants for Christmas. Julia loved the Backyardigans stuffed toys (particularly Uniqua) for some reason. Both kids have more than enough toys though - we really have to cull the herd at some point.
