The weekend was good - Vanier cup was fun, and despite the dire weather predictions, I was pretty cozy. I didn’t even have my jacket zipped up for most of the game. Granted, I was wearing two pairs of long underwear, a heavy Helly Hansen undershirt, ski pants, turtleneck, sweater, fleece, insulated vest, balaclava and toque in addition to Erin’s “big red parka” and my sorels. It would have been nice to be up about 10 rows, since more than a few plays were obstructed by the players’ bench, or the camera cart, or people walking back and forth (or standing) in front of us.

I won’t mention the drunk guy that almost got his ass kicked.
